^{Raquel Martín Castilla was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. She always loved languages and how they sound. As a child, she remembers speaking to her dolls in all kinds of languages that she invented. Interesting how life took her to the USA in 2000 to teach Spanish and she has been teaching since serving PK through 12th grade students.}

^{She holds a BA in Educational Psychology ( University UNED of Madrid) and attended The School of Language of Madrid where she studied English and played with other world languages.}

^{Raquel joined RGS in 2023. She wants to share with the students the joy of learning a second language and a curiosity about other cultures. Besides teaching, Raquel loves traveling, cooking, gardening, music, dancing, and spending time with loved ones.}
